He then goes into practical strategies as to how an organization determines what their culture is, and how they go about attracting and screening candidates to ensure successful hiring practices.

#1 FREE Public Presentation
Andy books a limited number of FREE Public Presentations each year. These free presentations are 90 minutes in length, during which he presents material that will help attendees understand why hiring right is so critical to the success of a company, and strategies as to how they can improve their current hiring practices. The Public Presentation itself is free of charge. However expenses incurred and time commitment (for out of town presentations) will be covered by the organization. Andy only accepts between six to eight requests for free public presentations each year. Please indicate your interest by filling out the form below.
#2 Full Hands-On Workshop
Andy is also available for Full Hands-On Workshops for your organization or business group. The full workshops are typically three to four hours in length. During the full workshop, Andy works with attendees and covers the following:
- An assessment exercise of their current cost of bad hires.
- A review of their current hiring practices.
- An exercise to help define a company’s culture.
- The development of a foundation for writing effective job placement ads.
- Helping attendees to determine the right customized recruiting steps for them.
The cost of a Full Hands-On Workshop is $1,000(+tx) plus applicable expenses and time consideration (for out of province presentations).
